Hotel Jerome's longstanding tradition of culinary excellence is showcased in a variety of restaurant options, each reflecting innovative, locally inspired menus that incorporate the freshest organic, natural and seasonal ingredients —a time-honored trademark of Auberge Resort restaurants.
At the helm is Executive Chef, Rob Zack, who began his career at Aspen's Hotel Jerome nearly 20 years ago. He is vital in recreating new menus, inspired cuisine and unique restaurant experiences throughout the hotel as part of the renovation project.
With that said we are proud to introduce the latest addition to Aspen's renowned restaurant scene – Prospect, the fine dining culinary epicenter of the hotel. The Living Room is also a new, relaxing and comfortable spot for small plates and cocktails. And the infamous JBar is still a cornerstone of Aspen's social fabric.
