J-Bar
Aspen's favorite watering hole for well over a century, the J-Bar—with its authentic saloon ambiance and lively yet casual atmosphere—offers a wide selection of draft and bottled beer, vintage-inspired cocktails and light dining fare.

Garden Terrace
The Garden Terrace features classic French cuisine, with a regional Alpine twist and “farm-to-table” philosophy. We work closely with local purveyors and farmers to ensure the highest quality organic produce is delivered to us daily, as we prepare fresh, wholesome dishes from scratch to create an exquisite dining experience for all.
The restaurant wine cellar features a diverse and sophisticated selection and is a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence winner.
Open daily for breakfast. Lunch and dinner served seasonally.
The Library
The Library is a sophisticated cocktail lounge, serving premium liquors, fine wines, modern libations and pre-prohibition style drinks in a warmly lit, cozy setting. Bartender Rich Andrews is responsible for resurrecting the historically accurate pre-prohibition cocktails, taking his talent as a form of art to create the most innovative and inspired beverage menu in Aspen. A variety of tapas and quick bites are also available. With its hand-crafted cocktails and unique ambiance, The Library takes guests back in time.

Café Jerome
The more casual Café Jerome serves the best brew in town along with handcrafted espresso drinks, traditional favorites, fresh pastries and other house-made goods. For a hearty fix, guests may also order from the Garden Terrace Breakfast Menu or a specialty lunch menu in the afternoon.
